Jona is a pianist and keyboardist, active in several ensembles covering a wide range of musical styles.
After nearly five years of drum lessons, he discovered the piano at the age of 11 and has since studied with many different teachers.
He recently completed his bachelor’s degree at the Folkwang University of the Arts and is now continuing his studies there in the master’s program. In addition, he also teaches himself.
For his ensembles he regularly arranges and composes music, ranging from Scandinavian jazz to funk/soul to jazz-electro/fusion.
